JOHNNY BUFFALO EPK

Johnny Buffalo is an agent of inspiration, pushing the boundaries of what’s humanly possible through sound. Originally from Buffalo, NY, he brings together reality-defying beatboxing, liberating lyrics, electrifying guitar, and commanding stage presence.

When Buffalo beatboxes solo, it sounds like an entire, fully arranged track — drums, bass, melody, and rhythm coming from one human. His signature bassboxing takes that power into his DJ sets: he mutes the sub bass in the tracks he plays and beatboxes the bass live. The track keeps moving, but the low end is all Buffalo.

Buffalo shreds on guitar live over the beats, as well as rocking a drum machine. His sound crosses hip hop, trap, rock, bounce and bass music. His beatboxing brings the drums of liberation to life — a heartbeat that gets people moving, lets them shake off their limits, and turns a room full of strangers into one crew.

From Carnegie Hall to Electric Forest, Shambhala, and Envision, Buffalo creates performances that are truly electrifying and that redefine what’s humanly possible. It’s a live performance unlike anything you’ve ever experienced - you have to be there to believe it.
